This dynamic group, representing leaders from North, Central,
South America and the Caribbean, will participate in negotiations
formulating the position of the business sector through
proposals, and recommendations to be given to the meeting
of the Ministers of Trade also being held in Miami on Nov.

Dear
Friends and Delegates,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, including Governor
Jeb Bush and the mayors and commissioners of Miami-Dade
County, the City of Miami, the City of Miami Beach and the
City of Coral Gables, we want you to know how welcome you
will be in Miami for the upcoming Americas Business Forum
to be held November 17-19, 2003 at the James L. Knight Center.
For
those of you that have participated in one of the previous
Americas Business Forums, you know how important they are
in influencing the Trade Ministers relating to the final
outcome of the FTAA. For those of you that have not participated
in an Americas Business Forum, we are sure you will find
the experience intellectually stimulating and beneficial.

the Western Hemisphere nations. It is a world-class international

We
look forward to working with you to make the upcoming VIII
